Is this project open source?

The Polyform License is not an Open Source license. However, all source code is available from the start and most of the OSI criteria are met. If your company has less than 1,000,000 USD total revenue in the prior tax year you can use the software for Free.


Do I need to purchase a commercial license?

You need to purchase a commercial license if your company has over 1,000,000 USD total revenue in the prior tax year or over 100 employees. Please contact our sales team to inquire about purchasing a commercial license.


Do I need to purchase a license to test the software?

No. You can test the software for up to 30 days. After 30 days you must purchase a license if your company has more than 1,000,000 USD total revenue in the prior tax year.

How do I contribute to the project?

You can contribute to the project by submitting a pull request to the GitHub repository. You will need to license your code under the BSD-3-Clause license; code contributions under the BSD-3-Clause are compatible with the Polyform License.
